lol, we've all been there 🙂 Exciting new tech can turn even the strongest of us into a gibbering idiot. When we got our new workstations at work I was sat there cackling for a good half an hour.

yep... stacked memory is probably the only way to go, when dealing to 4k resolutions

But yeah, I know, small eDRAM cache vs entire memory package. If Denver has good performance too, they could make some seriously good SoCs.

Ye I was thinking the entire thing. Same with CPUs.

Its simply a matter of time before it happens. Just like PCIe, MCH, VRM (Half there already with PCH) went to the package/die. Only memory left if you look at the LP x86 products.

My bet is that Intel will beat Nvidia to market with full on eDRAM on a SOC.
