Im 70kg and 5'9
Squats - 70kg (doing bill starrs rehab thing right now for squats, pulled a hip flexor digging a pond hole, was at 87kg before)
Deadlift - 97kg
Bench - 72.5kg
T bar row - 35kg (just started these, liking them better than the pendlay/bent over rows, gather its just as good a move to be doing)
Overhead press - 40kg
Gloves are only acceptable if you have a vagina.
some tough love coming....
get rid of the b1tch mitts and you will be that much closer to your goals

Cool man. Just keep sleeping, eating, training and being as consistent as you can. Your first year you should be able to get your bw to at least 80kg if not 82kg. The guy I'm training is 5'10 or maybe 6' and is up 8kg within 3month to 72kg since training with me. Granted he is 17 so will pack on size fast being young and a total n00b.

As for the "bitch mitts"Ive just given the deadlift a shot raw and only managed 2 reps, hands hurt like hell, used to do 5 with gloves. However I used the block of chalk ive been neglecting and managed 5 so ill use that in future.
