Number Codes? what do these numbers mean?

The easiest way to solve this problem is to conduct a Principal Components Analysis to identify the number of factors, and then conduct a Factor Analysis using the appropriate number of factors.

To get the input to the PCA and FA do as follows: divide the 8V portion through each grouping of alphanumeric characters (assuming that the code is in base-36 notation, of course). This should result in a series of numbers which can be fed into the PCA. I would google for these terms to learn all that you need to about the process. You should be able to do these calculations with a piece of paper, pencil, and a calculator, assuming that the calculator can handle fractions. Good luck!
