They are invoking the idea of violent threat to make their ad more dramatic. An ad aimed at an audience that has a track record of committing violent acts and targeting a group that is often on the receiving end of such acts, while advertising a product that is directly related to the means of committing such acts. That's misjudged.

But too much of the contemporary US right parted company with things like 'morals', 'taste', and even 'reality', some time ago.

Note that at no point does that page imply any form of "time's up" threat to people who commit sexual assault or abuse their authority for sexual purposes.

The entire point of that ad was to generate an emotional response, to create a buzz and get lots of people talking about it. Based on what I'm seeing here, it was a resounding success, you fellows did exactly what the ad agency wanted you to do, and your against what they're selling.
