How can you sell software for decades as a "product" and then suddenly claim it's a "service"
I don't see how this is legal... There are no "products" that you pay for on an indefinite ongoing basis...
Software is not a service, plain and simple, you buy it and use it...
They can charge you for the licences, but how easy would it be to defeat whatever way they choose to enforce the licenses...
The sad part about this is that they could do it and make money off it because there are enough morons in the world, and enough companies that are dependent on their software...
