That's really annoying, especially when you have slower internet but want to watch a video in HD anyway, even if it used to mean waiting a little while for the whole thing to load.

2. Welcome to the internet and sue happy people that needs to protect their product and any site will do it if they are forced to.

3. I personally use a add on that stops the loading of all the videos when I use youtube so multiple videos don't start loading / playing when I watch a bunch of them so I have no issue there.
