you should have waited for more patches because this first one barely fixed anything, at least anything that people were complaining about.

what do you mean you don't know what gun you are carrying? Look at whats in your hands... it's not like there's 50 million different guns or variations of guns in the game and you can only carry 3, all of which have to be completely different than each other. i'm not sure what you mean by "what unlocked on the screen".

Heh, I came back to post a screencap that absoutely disgusted me. But before I do that, I'll answer your question. I know if I have a pistol or machine gun in my hands. But WHICH machine gun? AK47? M16? Etc. "On the screen" meaning at the gun dealer places. When you sit down and login to the little computer they have there to purchase upgrades/weapons there's an icon of which gun you want to buy/upgrade. I'm confused as to which one I can upgrade. But I guess if it's locked (padlock icon to the left) then I don't/can't have it.

I just passed into the night cycle. Oh, is it UGLY. This screen cap is just a taste of what i'm seeing with the vegetation. I guess it's got something to do with the AA. This doesn't happen during the day cycle.

Building blocks, anyone?

I still don't get how you can't tell the guns apart. an m16 looks a lot different than an AK-47. you can only upgrade guns you have bought, if i'm not mistaken.

Actually, I had the same problem. I went to the gun store and was going to upgrade the gun that I had, but I didn't know which one it was on the list. I don't have very many diamonds, and I don't want to waste them on upgading a gun I don't have.

Well, considering that there looks to be about a dozen diff machine guns in the game, it's not too difficult to be confused.

No flashlight or nightvision UPGRADE to guns sucks. I bolded the nightvision upgrade b/c you can upgrade your weapons with all sorts of gizmos and buy the manual to fix it, but why no night vision? I've only played to the first REAL end of mission/checkpoint (got the guy to send the wrong coordinates, then blew up the truck) but so far, no night vision.

This game looks 10x better on the "daytime" screens than the night. I really like the physics of the gas bottles; they fly around like when you blow up a ballon and release it. Very realistic! I ALMOST got to drive the boat on the level where you "convince" the guy to give the wrong coordinates. There was a bad guy there and I shot the yellow barrel. Caught him on fire but good. :evil: But the boat went up in flames too. OOps.
