I put some suggested starting-out settings near the top of the official 8RDA+ thread in the Motherboards section. EPoX includes a monitoring program on the CD (it's called USDM).

Chuck the FSB to 166 man :p
And lock PCI/AGP.
Then test. Your RAM and processor shoul dbe able to handle it if you up the voltage to 1.7~1.75.

The PCI clock is always 33MHz no matter what. And if you don't remember what I said in the other thread... go back and read it again, silly :D;)

I haven't used either one, personally. My 8RDA+ was clocked at stock speed, plus it had an Alpha PAL8045 for cooling, so I didn't have much motive to monitor the temps in the first place. I saw a couple people saying MBM wasn't working on their nForce2 boards, for what that's worth.

It's taboo to OC an office system, in my book anyway ;) The board unfortunately has had a failure, but it was in this system.

You don't really need to tweak all the timings, but the one important thing is to make sure the memory is running at 100% of CPU speed so they're sync'ed, and that may require setting the CPU Interface to "Aggressive."
