Nothing is going to help Cuomo, he is screwed.

Well they won. NY now has a woman governor, the goal, and god forbid every man should be judged by a panel of these bitches. The mob hit squad.
And next? Joe Biden. Joe Biden the hugger. Oh yeah, they will go after Joe to get their president Kamala Harris. This is not some women’s movement, this is the hit squad as in the organized crime hit squad. This is what a seemingly simple woman’s movement has turned into. I only hope that the BLMatters movement does not follow the same route.
Likelihood of Cuomo continuing his current run for 2022 gubernatorial election = 100%
Likelihood of Cuomo winning Democrat primary in percentage = ((Cuomo fans registered to vote + (NYS registered sex offenders registered to vote - Those that are in or will be in jail) + Cuomo and his family members + Those who believe he is a victim of some politically motivated plot) / Total number of NYS registered voters that will vote in the primary) * 100
@sportage and @Amol S., you both need to switch out your crack rocks for some lithium.
Why don't we have a face-palm reaction emoji? It would be so useful.
Or the eyeroll reaction-emoji that we had and got taken away.

There must be other Democrats in NY.
The are some who have publicly declared interest, but not declared a definite run are mostly not that well perceived for a gubernatorial role. Take DeBlasio for example who has declared interest. The only possible democrats that do have a chance is the Kathy Hochul, Thomas DiNapoli, Steve Bellone, and Hillary Clinton.

She would not win, the proof was the Democratic Mayoral primary. The candidate she endorsed had exactly or nearly the same ideals as her, ended up coming in third place. In fact, both first and second was won by non-far-left Democrats. First place was also won by a former Republican. NYC as a whole is not as far left as people perceive. At the same time, New York State as whole is known to always be more right than NYC. Thus NYC is sometimes considered the left limit for any state level candidate. Any more left, and your chances of winning quickly diminishes. Upstate New York is mostly red.

I really feel that if there had only been two candidates in the 2020 house race in the district AOC represented, there would have been a high chance that AOC would have won by a much smaller margin.

Never mind, just read he declared he will not run. This leads to a problem however, as Cuomo was the only Democrat to declare a run.
1. Why do you think he was the only Democrat candidate to be in the race to this point? Reason it out and explain it to us please.
2. Now that he isn't running what do you think will happen now among Democrats in a state that leans heavily Democrat? Please speculate for us.

Just so I understand this...

Before we knew about the accusation the press didn't cover it.
Now women are speaking up the media is covering the story.

That's your conspiracy? Seriously? Really?
We knew about the nursing home deaths and he had women, the media(CNN) and others covering up the accusations. So now that his political value doesn't merit the protection, the media is going to cover the story. There was a months long investigation by the AG and there were goings on well before that. So you might want to try again and defend the lack of coverage.

The media keeps brainwashing minds and apparently it worked on you.

They've called Clinton, Obama and Biden super liberal left and how left are they really? Are they really left at all?

Stop being a retardican controlled by the right wing and think for yourself.

AOC isn't far left; she's a New Deal Democrat. It's just that the Democratic Party has run hard to the right for three decades.

She proclaims to be far left.

The reality - of course - is mainstream center lefty as usual.

Say what? Challenge the status quo speaker and demand accountability from her? NAwwww!

DEFUND THE POLICE!!!!! (brb, passing $2 BILLION DOLLAR bill to fund the capital police).

Ohhhhhhh the iron kneeeee

One of the world's most valuable companies does not need tax incentives to setup an office.

Bezos could personally build 90 Amazon HQ2s and still be a fucking billionaire.

Tax incentives are a race to the bottom. The only winning move is for everyone (governments) to not play. Witness the remarkable work done in Wisconsin. Oh wait, it failed miserably and foxconn did absolutely fuck all

Would you want to be exploited by a company that makes billions and pays 0 dollars in taxes?

So good riddance to Amazon.

Now if they change their tune and pay for the healthcare of every new yorker.. I'd welcome them.

Serious question.
I haven't read through this this thread because 95% of you are less than intelligent and its not really worth the effort. OK, maybe I have three questions:
1. What happened to innocent until proven guilty?
2. What happened to you that you can't support one of the very basic tenants of our government?
3. Other than your political affiliation, why the rush to judgement?

I have no dog in the fight. I am just curious as to when America crumbled and why no one gives a shit.

America started crumbling when people started to throw out insults before asking what could be considered reasonable questions. So for your insult, take one in return, fuck off, its not really worth the effort to give you the respect by providing a proper answer, at least for me.

The Gov resigned; he wasn't forced out. He could have stayed. It was 100% his choice.
