Medium Rare on most steaks. I take filet's and think prime ribs Medium to ensure they are a lil marm in teh middle

yeap. i like mine right below med rare. my wife likes her just on the other side of shoe leather.

Medium rare. I'll eat almost anything cooked rare or more, but rare-medium rare is about perfect.

i like my steak well done. the results of this are actually kinda surprising to me. i work at a restaurant, and i'd say we sell mostly medium well and well. albeit the place i work isnt exactly known for its steaks....
