Discussion Not surprising, Fox Weather has a some propogandic undertone to it.

This article talk about what the NOAA is predicting for this years winter.

Apparently, this is what the article states the NOAA said.
"NOAA's outlook suggests areas from southern and eastern Texas to the Carolinas have the greatest likelihood of a warmer-than-average winter.

Meanwhile, the highest odds for below-average temperatures are predicted from the Pacific Northwest eastward to the Northern Plains, as well as for southeastern Alaska. The upper Mississippi Valley and a small portion of the upper Great Lakes are forecast to have temperatures close to average this winter."

Now here is where the propogandic undertone is... on the same article, there is this graphic image.

It has the caption "NOAA's 2021-22 winter precipitation outlook. "
For those that do not read in depth, they do not see this as propaganda.

404 propoganda not found.
This isn't propoganda. It's a typo. The title on that chart is wrong. It should say "precipitation," not "temperature." You can even see the caption on the website says "precipitation."

Looks to me like they jazzed up the NOAA maps for their own presentation and failed to change the word Temperatures from the first map to the word Precipitation in the second. All the text below each map refers to the correct item. The precipitation map is labeled correctly below the map as "NOAA's 2021-22 winter precipitation outlook" while the temperature map is correctly labeled as "NOAA's 2021-22 winter temperature outlook."

I see no propagandic undertone - a stupid undertone maybe.

edit: pete6032 beat me to it. He was less wordy. ;)

Their stupidity is proudly championed as a key part of their propaganda, so separating the two seems silly. Since they've actively chosen to be stupid, every time they're simply wrong on accident doesn't matter, they no longer deserve any leeway for such mistakes.

For the fact that FOX have absolutely nothing of value to offer to folks who don't like being constantly lied to, the only folks who think FOX is worth watching are the ones that find themselves abandoning reality in favor of listening to lies, misinformation and history re-writes that conform to how they wish things were, of which the majority of the nation wouldn't want anything to do with.
