You guys can buy tin foil if you want, but my suggestion FWIW is to reduce the level of moderation here.

FYI me and my neighbor have the same ISP, both of us get almost identical Ip. which only differ in the last set of digits.And both of our ips show that we are from Delhi, while we are from Hyderabad.

I need to know this, cause I will be soon hosting a blog and this piece of info can be useful there to know how many of my visitors are re visitors

Or, maybe I've never approved of it and think someone should just be banned instead? Posting their information is in extremely poor taste. Insult me all you want if it makes you feel better about yourselves, doesn't change the fact that it's a foolish thing to do.

If the use of personal information is intended to convey to the poster that "we know who you are, you can't hide, stop registering different names, just go away" that can all be done via email or PM. There's no reason to post someone's personal information publicly.
