Nostalgia: Guess this old game thread

Platform: C64
Decade: 1980s
Description: Neutralize a corrupted AI at an underwater geothermal plant.

(favorite C64 game of all time)
Had a good time with that one; CANNOT remember the name though.

BTW, great idea for a thread.
 
Platform: DOS / Win 95
Decades: 1990s

It was a medieval strategy game. I remember there being 2 or 3 "modes". In the basic battle mode you had the different unit types on a grid attacking one another in a simple fashion. In another mode, it became like a rudimentary FPS when you were attacking a castle. There may have been something to the effect of quests for this mode also, but not sure. I very vaguely remember it, so it was probably early to mid 90s.
