Correct!

As for yours, I I think you are refering to: Track & Field but I think it came out for the Atari 2600 long before it was out for DOS.

NOT sure if i got this one... but i have a name just in the tip of my... fingers... and i cant remember!

it was 2 2d graphic adventure in which you could die?

It was a RPG, 3D but not free roaming, had to move in blocks. You definitely could die :D

While thinking the solution to one of the games another game came to my mind... and its this one:
