Going to guess that whatever procedure is involved will be mandated, and it will tie with your digital ID. Will probably work just like the vax passport but check for more than just vax status. People seem to be ok with this level of control now because they are dumb sheep that just follow whatever narrative the government lays out and can't think for themselves.

The truth is starting to come out. I love it.
That said, enjoying the mandates being lifted now, thanks to the truckers. Was out for a walk with a friend the other day and we decided to pop in to Tim Horton's. Nice not even having to worry about having ID on me or a mask. Just walk in, and order, and sit down. Like has been normal to do at businesses for thousands of years. I just hope it stays this way.

I doubt they had to wear them while driving but i guess i figured they had to wear them when they got to their destination.

No. That doesn't apply to truckers in their own vehicles except, of course, if they go inside a transportation hub like say a port. Try reading.
I did read it. I'm confused. I asked if there were mask mandates like my co-workers said there were. I posted a link saying, yes there is, when they're in a hub, port, etc.
I never thought or said they had to wear them while driving around.

I support trucker's getting better wages, more vacation, healthcare, unions, a better quality of life - all sorts of things the people these regressive truckers vote for are against them having because being anti-mask inside a building when Covid was a bigger deal to them (and being racist to a bunch as well) - that was the true threat to their livelihood vs I dunno, getting paid better and having healthcare and better hours. Make a convoy for that. Instead they wait for Covid and cry about freedom. Morons.

Wasn't he claiming in the past that madates and restrictions were going to be permanent? Probably has to lie to himself since he was wrong on that, despite everyone telling him this stuff would be relaxed/lifted as things got better and that ended up happening.

Before the convoy, masks and vax passes were made permanent:
Ontario extending vaccine passports and mask mandate indefinitely
The Ontario government announced on Thursday that it would be lifting various COVID-19 restrictions over the next two months but made no mention of ending vaccine passports or masking.

Not giving a date for the lifting of those 2 is not the same as making them permanent.

Their plan was to keep them indefinitely. It literally says so in the article title. Nothing is ever 100% permanent if enough people fight to change it, but at the time, it was deemed permanent.
The article title is what the True North writer said,. not what the Ontario government said. Nowhere in that article does it even mention permanent. Also mediabiasfactcheck.com rates True North Centre for Public Policy (the parent company) one step to the left of extremist right.
