Well, I can tell he's doing quite a few elmsley counts. It's like a false shuffle so you think he's grabbng the top card and moving it to the bottom but he's not, he's grabbing whats under it. My guess would be there is 2 kings, a 2, and a 10.
He could of also been using double stick tape to throw in an extra 2, 10, or King. Wish I could give exact instructions, but it would be a little too complicated and wordy.
For example, when's he's showing you all the 10 of spades, he is pulling off the top card, showing the bottom card as 10 of spades, pulling off the top card, showng the bottom card as 10 of spades, and etc etc. It tricks your eyes into thinking your seeing the top card every time.
Also, it looked like for the two's at the beginning he was using double lifts. Say the X's are jokers and the O's are 2 of hearts.

By grabbing both cards and flipping them over, you see a O
But then when he flips them back over and puts the top card underneath, you are really getting rid of the X , leaving an O on top to show again.
