If you want to see some real sleight of hand, check this out. It is one of my personal favorites, although it is merely the tip of the iceberg in terms of what can be done.

You can purchase packs of cards where they are designed to change to another type when you put pressure on it a certain way.

how do they do that? holograms?

not what he's using here

not video edited....look closely, he is just manipulating the cards. i have a friend who can do a similar trick.

notice how he tries to make it look like the last four cards are kings. but if you look closely, he flashes the king of diamonds and the king of clubs twice. he is holding four cards - 2H, 10S, KC, KD - but just manipulating them.

slowed video and full screened.. you are correct

its not hard, each time he shows u the card, he is actually holding 2 cards, and puts the top card, which is not the one he showed you down on the table

Very cool.

I don't care for a repost as I don't usually search for random stuff like this!

Thanks for the videos. Very sweet.

Look closely when he shows the 10 of spades four times, he's pulling cards from the top of the stack, and showing the bottom card each time, the 10 of spades.

Well, I can tell he's doing quite a few elmsley counts. It's like a false shuffle so you think he's grabbng the top card and moving it to the bottom but he's not, he's grabbing whats under it. My guess would be there is 2 kings, a 2, and a 10.

He could of also been using double stick tape to throw in an extra 2, 10, or King. Wish I could give exact instructions, but it would be a little too complicated and wordy.

For example, when's he's showing you all the 10 of spades, he is pulling off the top card, showing the bottom card as 10 of spades, pulling off the top card, showng the bottom card as 10 of spades, and etc etc. It tricks your eyes into thinking your seeing the top card every time.

Also, it looked like for the two's at the beginning he was using double lifts. Say the X's are jokers and the O's are 2 of hearts.

XO

By grabbing both cards and flipping them over, you see a O

But then when he flips them back over and puts the top card underneath, you are really getting rid of the X , leaving an O on top to show again.

just once I'd like to see a card magician do his thing without acting so flamboyant with his hands.

Be boring with the flamboyancy.
