Ok, I guess saying "the one" isn't clear.

Look at the picture second from the bottom.

It's mostly shuttle with Canada and shows the payload....not really much of the earth visible.

Well, in that second pic, the landscape looks WAY too close for how far away they are...

So how was your last space walk?

I wasn't aware I had to walk in space to see pictures of earth.

Edit: Look at the one second from the bottom. I don't need to say anything else.

Real or not, it has already been determined that you are an idiot and your opinion is close to worthless.

*Thanks for the post Op.

the lighting seems too even for it to be real. I'd imagine that they're real pictures that're digitally touched up so that the earth and the spaceship appear to be of similar brightness.

Probably. But then up in space, the lighting I would imagine is not affected by atmosphere, clouds, etc. Very different than what we would be used to, so that's probably why it looks odd.

Where do these astro men live while up there? Seems like all of the space shuttle is used up by the cargo bay. The rear is all engine. The front doesn't look very roomy.

That would freak me the hell out to be able to see the ground that clearly while floating. I would feel like I was gonna start plummeting at any second.

Judging a person by one thread makes you an idiot and your opinion worthless too.

I remember Buzz Aldren speaking on the History channel about the moon landing. One of the things he noted was how clear everything looked because there was no interference from clouds or air - just pure light.

As for the earth looking "too near," the earth is pretty big, you know. And the space station isn't that far up. Commercial satellites might be out further so as to be able to send signals to more parts of the planet.

Has to be fake, look at the one where the whole pic is the guy on the ship (3rd one down).
That's a mini scale model

i wonder what camera was used? the EXIF info seems to be non-existent.

I'm sure this is verifiable. It's not taking a trip down route 66 and taking pictures. This was a space walk, there has to documentation that it occured. On NASA's site or some where. Also, the people and a high level walk objective is probably also publicly available. Easy way to confirm.

It look pretty real, but i can't tell sometimes.

Theres no dirty atmosphere with particles in the "air" to distort the light and images... not too much dust floating around, etc. i think they are real

If they're using a telephoto lens or zoom then the background would look closer, as the depth of field is more compressed.

This is not the first time you made yourself look like a dumbass. Or the second, or the third, etc....

Stop posting/trolling/spewing please.

Awesome pictures. I'd have to try hard not to crap my pants if I was doing a spacewalk... that looks crazy.
