No soda? So then what?

What about good old juice.

You don't have to stick with the regular orange and apple either.

Ocean Spray has got some nice cranberry peach/berry mixes that are pretty good.
There's plenty of other mixes around. And you can always buy the frozen kind if you want it a lil cheaper, but then you'll just have to take the time to mix it.

Gatorade is ok, but don't overdo it if you're not really getting active.

other than water and unsweet teas you can drink propel...very few calories no sugar and made from the same people that make gatorade, just much better for you.

Just drink water. Thats all I drink, no sugar, no caffeine. After a while you'll not only get used to it, you'll crave it. I easily drink over a gallon a day.
Good advice. I was in the OP's situation and decided to just drink mostly water, milk, and juice.

It was tough for the first month or so, but now I crave water with just about everything. In fact, anytime I drink soda now I have to have a glass of water afterwards because I'm not used to the syrup.

Crystal Lite is like diet Kool-Aid and is only like 35 calories / serving. I just drink water and diet pop though.

if you're replacing it with another sugary drink (sunny d, lemonade), then there is no point in cutting back on the soda. drink water, or milk.
