K8T800 Pro has PCI lock

Your motherboard uses K8T800 Pro

So, your motherboard should have a pci lock. It's not neccesarily in the BIOS. It should just be locked. My mobo for a FACT doesn't have the S-ATA ports 1 and 2 locked, but the other 2 are locked, so I use them. I know from reading this: S939 Mobo guide

If it is true that your motherboard doesn't have a PCI lock, then you won't be able to overclock at all. Not with S-ATA drives, or P-ATA, because any expansion cards you install would be oc'd as well, and ANYTHING else on the PCI bus (onboard LAN, audio, some video, etc).

I'm done. I'm just gonna be happy with 2.5MHz. This combo should last me a year or so, when i'll totally overhaul everything(Mobo, processor, and videocard).

Actually, that's a pretty good OC!!! At those speeds, your PCI lock is DEFINITELY working! Congrats on that OC and enjoy!
