Early March is normally a dead time for late night shows, in fact most of them take a vacation and show re-runs at this time of the year. The TV actors aren't out plugging anything, because February sweeps are just ending, and there aren't going to be that many A-list movie stars out promoting things until just before the summer movie season.
They're not boycotting Leno, I really don't think they care who's in the chair. Mostly what it says to me is that the majority of big celebrities have no use for Leno, Letterman, Conan, Kimmel, or anybody else, until the time is right for self-promotion.
The most surprising thing I see is that Letterman is getting Seinfeld (promoting an NBC show no less), surely Leno would have wanted him. Letterman may have just booked him before Leno even had his job back. Although, with every turd project that Jerry Seinfeld (and castmates) continue to churn out, I see him as less and less of a star anyway.
