Good lord, they should put something in the water to sterilize everyone, then after you are financially able, at least 18 and can care for the child, you can take the green pill to allow you to have children.

Most communities definitely do not wait until 11th grade for sex ed. I had sex ed in elementary school - it was also a Catholic school and quite a long time ago.
