It means that based on your nic I assume you would have some type of highly amusing emotional outburst towards your sister about how incredibly immature and dumb she is which would end up having you feel guilty because "My Stupid Mouth" ran off with itself and said some things it probably shouldnt have.
I on the other hand would quietly plot death upon the sperm donor in question.

Other then that I wouldnt feel a damn thing. I have quite enough to worry about in my life without dealing with other peoples problems. My sisters pregnancy would go in the category of "Not my fvcking problem". 🙂

I figured your nic had very little bearing on your actual mouth, but I just couldnt resist.
As for the other part, the second part is more true then you know. I think people worry about things that simply dont affect them or out of their control to change. In this case, your sisters pregnancy has nothing to do with you if you dont want it to. If you wish to take a hand in the matter it very well will become another problem in your bucket. If you simply tell yoruself "Hey, this isnt my fvcking problem" then it really wont be. Granted, you will occasionally have to turn down the babysit/change diaper/whatever request but ultimately this doesnt have to be your problem. Theres no sense in getting worked up over it, and theres no sense being concerned with it.
That said, I would occasionally help out my sister if she was 14 with a child. Shes about to have one hell of a tough life being a single mom that young. But I wouldnt do much beyond the occasional watching of the kid or maybe buy a pack of diapers or formula here and there to help her out. But I certainly wouldnt let it go so far that it did become one of my problems.

wow she messed up her life its going to hard being a teenage mother. she better have plans for the furture,like what she is going to do about educating and work and how she is going to efford to raise a baby and is the father going to help and all that stuff... wow i whould be pretty mad 🙁 cuz how can you be that dumb AGE 13 OMG!
