Exclusive to Xbox for consoles. Original Crimson Skies was on the PC. Not sure if it is coming out for PCs too.

I think by saying exclusive to consoles, he meant its on PC and Xbox. There were rumors, which were never confirmed or denied, that it was going to only be for the PC and Xbox. Same for Theif III, Invisible War and Theif III will be shown at E3, and they will be confirmed for which platforms.
