I think thats kinda mean but I support the notion that clubs are private businesses and they should be able to set up any rules they like.

Thats why I was ticked off when California made laws saying you couldnt smoke in bars.
I'm not a smoker and I dont particularily care for the habit, but I think a private business owenr should be allowed to run it his way, not the governments way.

Smoking is a health issue to others in a nightclub.

A single fatty takes up the space of several skinny hot chicks.

And having my visual senses assaulted by fat chicks is a public health issue.

Continual upchucking from the sight of them, let alone smelling the sweaty beast has been proven to bring acid into the esophagus. This causes cancer.

This is a public health hazard as well as the boom-boom chic takes up too much space.

This is always the standard response I get and I always give the standard response back:
If you're in a bar for your health you are a FUCKING IDIOT.

And that doesnt change the fact its a private business. Thats like going over to your buddies house and suing him when he lights up.

try screwing one. God, never again. I felt bad for a girl, and decided to go at it, couldnt even stay hard thinking about it, and half the time I was putting inbetween fat rols and not her cooch.

I'm sure fat chicks ARE bad for business in a club that has a reputation for good looking customers. I have no sympathy for the girls. I'll never buy into this discrimination against fat people deal. There should be social penalties for something undesirable about a person that is within their power to change, otherwise why would anyone have reason to better themselves?

And America breeds fat people. Our society shouldn't force feed fatty foods to people and then push them away.

they can turn away bigger customers, but they shouldn't tell them why for their own protection.

If you don't like it then write your senator. In the meanwhile, you can smoke outside and cry with the fatties.

The place may have been getting a reputation for being a "cow barn" and decided to do something about it. Say you're on a night out, and you go into a bar / club and see mostly fat chicks and guys...this usually means an instant U-turn straight out of that place to a better spot.

Maybe a bit harsh, but I'm betting this will probably help their business. It is surprising that they actually had the balls to come right out and say it.

1: Fat chicks boycott
2: Word gets out re: FCB
3: More people show up because it's more likely that the crowd overall will be more attractive, which translates into more people at any given time that you might want to meet / hook up with...plus, greatly decreased potential for "beer goggle incidents" - so, a "safety net" of sorts
4: Spot becomes more desirable / exclusive / "hot", since overall crowd attractiveness +++
5: Long lines of people waiting to get in + no fat chicks
6: ...
7: Profit

attracted over 100 supporters calling for Islanders to boycott the club.

I bet the club is really happy about the boycotters - less fat people on line and more skinny people streaming in.

they should just make a really skinny door that you have to enter in sideways. it would be a good way of keeping the fatties out. of course then you'd probably have fatties who would get stuck.

Personally I think it was mean what the bouncer and club manager did. If they didn't want fat people to show up at their club, they didn't have to tell them to their faces, all they had to do was make a smaller titanium reinforced door/entrance so that only skinny people can squeeze through. :p
