Thats why I was ticked off when California made laws saying you couldnt smoke in bars.
I'm not a smoker and I dont particularily care for the habit, but I think a private business owenr should be allowed to run it his way, not the governments way.
Smoking is a health issue to others in a nightclub.
A single fatty takes up the space of several skinny hot chicks.
And having my visual senses assaulted by fat chicks is a public health issue.
Continual upchucking from the sight of them, let alone smelling the sweaty beast has been proven to bring acid into the esophagus. This causes cancer.
This is a public health hazard as well as the boom-boom chic takes up too much space.
