No 1680x1050 w/ x1900xtx??

Hi, I just upgraded to a x1900xtx from a 7800GT today. Immediately I notice that oblivion wouldn't run because it is set at 1680x1050 (I am using a 2405fpw). The resolution 1680x1050 simply disappeared from the resolution list in Oblivion. In addition, battlefield 2 wouldn't start with 1680x1050 either, and I can't choose it as a desktop resolution. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Sounds like a driver issue. Make sure you clean off the Nvidia drivers with Driver Cleaner Pro and than install the CAT 6.3/6.4 drivers.

Yes, I did uninstall the Nvidia driver in the control panel and then rebooted into safe mode and clean off the rest with driver cleaner.

Try setting it in Oblivion.ini under Documents->My Games->Oblivion, iSize W = 1680, iSize H = 1050

Yes, that was what I did, it was the only way to get 1680x1050 since it doesn't appear on the resolution list and Oblivion refuses to start.
and the same case for bf2.
