It's hard to visualize Kurt Cobain living a long, happy life. He was brilliant, IMO, but a tortured soul, and far too sensitive and high-strung to maintain a long career. If he were alive, I can't imagine that Nirvana would still be around. If he were able to stabilize his emotions and drug issues, I see no reason he could not have been creatively productive well into middle age, however.
