going to sell like hotcakes

You're going to have to back that up if you want anyone to believe you.

i have been around since before atari 2600, saw so many systems fall, they wont fall hard with this but i think the company is starting to make some mistakes...mostly the name for starters, the controller idea is great but unfortunatly it looks rather difficult for the thumb to reach half of the buttons on that tv remote there comfortably. many developers wont make die hard serious games for adults on it simply due to lack of capabilities plus nintendo still has that kiddie image...not unlike the one that mdconalds tries to be rid of

Fils-Aime said, "I'm going to give one little secret. Only one little secret, and hopefully I won't lose my job. We're going to show a racing game at E3 where you use the core controller in a very different way. That will answer all the questions to how you'll play a racing game."

Hrrrm. I wonder if you hold the controller side-ways and use it like a wheel in your hands?

I saw video of something like this somewhere on Google, exactly as you described. It looked like F-Zero.

i saw that video. but the caption was just how some guy "visualized" f-zero being played on the revolution (ie it wasnt the real thing). It didn't really look a like a "very different way" but we'll see at e3 what those silly people at nintendo have in store for us.

I have one of those tilt-sensor type gamepads, and I just cant get used to playing with it, because there's no feedback or dead center. You try using it like a steereing wheel in a racing game and you mostly end up just bouncing from wall to wall. But it is a cool looking console - i wish the PS looked like that. I hate the way the PS3 looks.
