Mines a play on my college fraternity nickname.

Dabone, Dabone69, and Dabone1969 were all taken in anandtech (GO FIGURE), so I opted for the stupid one. Besides, I've been know to do boneheaded things once in awhile... such as when we launched my buddies boat without the boat plugs in and we got to watch it sink :p I had forgotten to put them in.

Rankor

Nick first conjured-up in 1995. Taken from two popular anime series at the time: Ranma 1/2 and Kimagure Orange Road.

Look up rancor in the dictionary as well. That pretty much fits the way I drive in LA's freeways.

Rankor was always my callsign in a LAN party since Doom/Doom 2/Quake and Mechwarrior 2 Netmech and Mercs.

Ever since, the name stuck.

I play Q3 a lot and here where I play I'm actually a sort of an Angel Of Death regarding how easy I slash those opponents. So I thought that this was okey since my own name never would be possible to get unless I'd registered 30 years ago.

AoD ;)
