Gah, hate torrents, I download everything from rapidshare (by which I don't mean that all my downloads are from rapidshare, but rather than anything I want to download I can from rapidshare)

Yup. Only thing available in the area now. Used to be able to get 7/3 here, but they've let everything degrade past using.

Nothing, since it only works half the time. We've gotten a 100% refund for the last year or more. However, they charge $45/mo for it when it does work. You can get about $15 off that if you bundle and such.

Yup. Our telecom prices in this country are ABYSMAL. Especially considering how piss-poor the infrastructure is.

I have the same speed and I'm paying $60 a month. My apartment is old and has bad wiring so I'm not able to get the full 5mbps.

but my work internet is 5 mins from my house and gets way better speeds. /cry
