Once all the jobs are filled, the growth tends to slow, duh. It had to grow under the last lame duck year of Obamanation because he had reduced the number of jobs filled by full time employees so most folks had to take on 2 or 3 of the part time jobs employers moved to to limit the hours so they didn't have to provide healthcare packages to them. So the effect was one full time job cut and 2 or 3 part times ones created, looks good on paper, but not for the workers.
