Just start declaring, "He said x!". Take the shot. Try distracting her first, maybe tell her how much you Love her, then in the middle of the moment claim you heard word x.

Add in "shot" with voice rising and "IT WOULD NOT GO!" And time in fractions of minutes instead of seconds.

That's part of the beauty of NHL hockey. You can get away with cheap shots during the game, but you're going to suffer the consequences when the front office reviews the film. Take the biting incident from the last game as an example - severe penalties were doled out 🙂
