Hell. Fucking. Yeah.

Crazy game and wow, I didn't think we would ever beat Thomas again. Going to be a loud night. 😀

I'm so freaking depressed that I will be out of town for the next game, or two if it goes to seven (sure looks like it will). 🙁

If it goes to 7 and we lose you might be thankful you are out of town. My daily ride home from NCIX takes me right down to Granville & Georgia and while I think a repeat of 94 isn't the most likely thing I have to say I HAVE given some thought to taking a different route if it turns ugly.

Well I was down there in '94 and while it did get pretty ugly, it was still an interesting experience I will never forget and, win or lose, I fear I will miss out on another unforgettable experience this year. Oh well, nothing I can do about it; that's the difference between being a teenager and a grown-ass man I guess.

My entire life I've never been into any type of sports. However there are a few rare occasions where even I can get into the mode and enjoy watching a game or two and this is one of those occasions. It IS exciting to watch the finals. Back in 94 I was too young and uninterested to really know what was going on. I knew there were riots down town but I didn't pay any attention to them or the games leading up to them. What was it like down there? What did you see?

It was pretty crazy for here. Tonnes of people so that you could barely move on Robson; guys up on the lamp posts and the street lights swinging around. Lots of booze, crap being knocked over and broken, then of course cops and tear gas. I'd never seen anything like it in person.

I never really felt in danger, but feeling the after effects of the tear gas was kind of crazy.

Lol:
"By all means, stay on Thelma and Louise, I mean Henrik and Daniel," said Milbury, referring to the characters in the movie of the same name starring Susan Sarandon and Gina Davis.

Henrik Sedin heard about it from his son.
"That wasn’t too much fun," he said following last night’s 1-0 Canucks victory over the Bruins in Game 5. "My son told me a man was making fun of me and Uncle Danny on TV. I said that can't be true because that's what usually happens in kindergarten. That's what happened. Sometimes grown-ups have low self-esteem and get on guys and say stupid stuff.

"I think he has to be happy with his career," Henrik added. "He did a great job on Long Island. I'm sure he is happy with that."
