F YA!

Vancouver is falling apart. Was praying for one more before the intermission.

Luongo leaves alot of crap out front like that. (Rossi, see what I meant about crap in front of the net for rebounds)

It's beyond dirty.

Rome waited until Horton had let up, not expecting a hit, and buried him high (left his feet too, I think). And don't tell me he didn't know exactly whom he was hitting.

No. There will be no suspension, you'll see.

I decide to skip the 2nd and now it's 4-0. What is going on up in Boston, the wheels must be falling off for Luongo I'm guessing?

I wanted to say that too. But it is hard to tell. I think the "left feet" was literally like 1/1000th of a second before the hit. Most of what looks to be in air is after the hit.

That hit was dirty though. You can check someone (impede momentum) without doing what he did.

ASIDE: Shit like that is what made Lindros' career what it was. Lindor's career is what it was because he had bad timing getting in the league. + or - 3 years would have (-) taught him to wathc out better or (+) had proper protection from the league in place. Jsut a sad circumstance for him bad timing.

There was a point during the period where the Bruin s had good pressure and the Canucks couldn't get a change. Whatever line that is must be playing at 90% if that. those that have played hockey know what I am talking about. 40 hard seconds is good. These teams are playing exactly as they should. They are all playing like sprinters. just imaging someone doing a 40 second sprint on a track, just running. And doing that 7 or 8 times every hour.

Yeah they were playing hard pretty much the entire 1st. But what kind of goals did Boston score, soft? Long range? Down and dirty in front of the net? Going to see if I can get this work done to catch the 3rd.

Come on, man.

If one of the sisters got blown up like that and taken off on a stretcher you'd be calling for a lifetime ban.

One was a Luongo rebound. Bs will get one of those every game. Luongo sucks at rebounds. They always end up 20 feet in front of the net. never in the corners. Take that with a grain of salt. But he does it more often than most top notch goaltenders.

Down and dirty in front of the net is a style of play. If they get those, more power to them! Hockey is sometimes art but effort also works.

They're not suspending anybody for anything.

That doesn't make it any less dirty.

Commenters just hinted that "the hit" is being looked at by the NHL.

This could be a game suspension for possibly missing the finger biting F up.

Not arguing merits. just saying it could happen.
