And a big bird flipped to the sharks. Dirty players, cheap face offs (I'm looking your way Thornton). Here's hoping you get swept again in the western finals. You are an undeserving team.

Great game 7. Not the result I was looking for by any stretch. But it was an enjoyable hockey game to watch. Looking forward to the Bruins/Lightning series next. Going to be a great one.

The Wings came out like they had cement for feet, a game 7 and they come out like that just unreal.

Hudler needs to DIAF, this guy came back from the KHL with a vagina. He takes out his own man, cannot shoot the puck, and fucks up passes.

Hopefully Cleary is alright and can start the start of the next season on time.

Please God do not let this be Lidstrom's last game.

Look, I wasn't going to rub the Sharks win in, as that series could have gone either way and both teams were very evenly matched, but you're on your knees begging for it with comments like that.

Just got home from the game - Electric yet tentative night tonight again at the Tank.

Props to the Wings as always, a great effort.

edit: wish we had Datsuk

Heh, my picks failed for this round failed, horribly.
1/4 🙁

Next round i'm taking:

Boston > Tampa Bay in 7
Vancouver > San Jose in 7

Indeed I do, well partially that is.

A group of 8 of us have 4 seats. It can be contentious.

On Home Ice this morn they were talking about the Shark Tank and how loud it was last night, they said a lot has to do with how it's built with a low ceiling.

Holmstrom said that if you let SJ score the first goal, it gets very loud for 5-10 minutes afterward and is noticeable. However, if your team scores the first, it gets super quiet just like other places where the fans are really into it (MNTL, WASH, etc).

Detroit really put up a good fight w/out Cleary, Bert, and the Mule. The better team on the ice won but it's a coin flip if those 3 are healthy and playing.

Congrats Sharks. <Kyle Voice>You bastards!</Kyle Voice>

Wings did great. Detroit has everything to be proud of. NHL take notice, we are still here, and will make another cup run next year.
