so, NFL fantasy site has been fubared since about about 2, and now it looks that they are near fixing it...however instead of seeing jibberish and page errors it now has a couple teams listed under my profile that aren't mine. So I selected them and the pages opened with me having full control of them, wonder who I should drop ;)

Wow, what'd the team that took the field do with the actual Eagles? Philly seriously looked competent out there.

shaky clock management by the pats today. in the 4th, there was a delay of game then a timeout taken at 2:01 to avoid a 2nd delay. now both OT TOs are used with 4:00 left

Lol, felt the same way. King Dunlop more than held his own and Kolb looked great!

so how come they aired the Pats game to almost 5pm this week but last week they turned off the game at 4:15 stating some NFL rule BS about airing more then 15 min after it was supposed to end

if it's your normally scheduled 1pm game they will carry it to the end.

Honestly, if you watch Peters, he isn't even that good. Dunlap isn't a huge dropoff. No matter what, Reid needs to gameplan to provide help on the left side.

That said, the gameplan was just awesome. Shut down the run and make them throw it. The blitz packages were just ridiculous.

If I can nitpick a little bit, though - Celek needs to stop dropping balls.

Totally agreed on Peters. To me, the halo of his prior rep obscures his present mediocrity. Kind of a bust of an acquisition for what was expected out of him.

I don't want to get too excited because the Birds have a brutal upcoming schedule and still have huge holes which can be exploited by good teams (which I kind of thought the Falcons were -- they didn't show it).

One thing. I saw a piece on ESPN about how the Eagles are shopping Kolb before the trade deadline. That is beyond ridiculous as a rumor. No self-respecting sportswriter should be putting something like that out there.

Vick (whom I am liking this year) is NOT the long-term answer for the Eagles, and any sane NFL scribe more than knows that.
