Nvidia stands to make a REAL killing in 2005 with Nforce4 and SLI. Once the performace benchmarks have the 6600GT and 6800GT dominating everything in an SLI configuration the buyers will follow. The initial Anandtech preview of SLI shows it as a ~70% FPS boost in Far, Doom3, and HL2 Sources. That is just something you cannot ignor.
I am even willing to speculate that ATI cannot "invent" an SLI equivalent in 2005.
