Are those rads running in parallel? If so I think to may be better off in series, toss the wyes. I don't know for sure, if you can try it without much effort and waste of hose I would. Also I've found if I pump to the rad then the blocks, cpu > vid> res, back to pump the rad will cool the heat from the pump as well, coolest water possible to the blocks. Just my opinion... Avoid using fittings to make turns if you can, every fitting "slows the flow"

How's the temps? What about the N+S bridge chips, are those heat pipes working with the BTX setup? I know Asus had a big problem with that, apparently the material they used for the wicks would not perform inverted. My Commando, in the promotion at the site Asus made it a big point that you could go BTX so much so you'd think they were trying to sell cases. F$%^ em, I added fans anyway!
Looks like your almost there, but,,, when you finish, will you be done???? :)
