The election is today. Who would you vote for? Newt Gingrich or Barack Obama?

It amazes me that Newt is surging in the polls. The tea party supporters hate the Washington establishment, yet they now find themselves supporting the candidate who is the walking embodiment of the Washington establishment all because they don't want to vote for a Mormon.
 
They'll vote for anyone but Obama. The devil himself could put an R next to his name and the repubs would vote for him over Obama.
 
Obama all the way if those were my choices.

Out of the republican field the only people I would think about voting for are Mitt Romney and Ron Paul.
 
Newt's got a video track record a mile long. Just his Sunday morning talking head takeouts would be enough to sink him in the general.

That should tell you something about Obama. Think about it, many people would vote for Hillary with an R next to her name over Obama...and that should frighten us all that Obama is just that reviled.
 
I hope the obama gets re-elected so the special prosecutor can rake him over the coals for four years.
 
Newt. Let get it on. Crash is inevitable until country has an enema. I'm tired of malaise and getting older when the rioting starts at least I can run from two legged predators ATM.

Hope he does right thing and cut taxes, balance budget and puts about 50-100 million on the streets, That should do it. Once he realizes 2/3 of Americans are dependent on govt to eat he'll become a RINO like the rest tho. Pussy.

Obama supporters supposedly hate corporate ownership of government, secretive government programs, lobbyists, and all that... Yet they'll still vote for the man who has embraced all of that to a degree never before seen. This is a fact. What gives?

That sounds like my oldman ....a low information, Fox News and thinks Rush Limbaugh is a God voter blinded by 80's Dogma would vote for Hitler if he had an "R" by his name.
 
Why is Newt even being discussed as if he's a legitimate candidate? He's as big or bigger a failure than Romney and Perry. Is mainstream media telling you Newt is the guy now? Is Herman Cains 15 seconds up already?

I wont vote for Obama again but he's gotta be laughing his ass off at the republican field. Real republicans hate their only legitimate candidate. Michelle Bachman wins a straw pull it's a big deal. Ron Paul wins several and they suddenly don't matter. Even when he does it with a 30-40% margin.
 
Id write someone in. But if i HAD to chose only one of those Obama hands down. Republicans have no one they can field that has any chance right now. They are a sunk ship that may never right itself until it gets its head out of its ass.

If this was the case, Bush and Cheney would already be on trial for war crimes.

Cheney already doesn't goto alot of places overseas because they'll arrest him.
