I won't spill the goods by telling the world in detail what happened or what the outcome was but believe me when I tell you that I now go to Newegg first and will always buy from them, even if what I want is a couple of bucks cheaper elsewhere. Why? Because they have convinced me many times that my business is important, and that's the kind of service that separates Newegg from the thousands of other vendors out there who sell cheaper items and send used parts or nothing at all. I'll take my chances with Neweeg every time now because when I was PO'd to the hilt they came after me and wouldn't let go until the deal was resolved - often beyond my expectations. I don't know what their business motto or their mission statement is but all companies should get it and use it.
