Are you running Vista? Somewhere I read that someone was having trouble OCing their graphics card with Coolbits in Vista.

Nope, XP with the most recent drivers. 91.47, I think?

I just pulled the trigger. Paypal free shipping code didn't work for me either. I think it's over, but it's still a sweet deal.

I came across a wierd bug in the drivers where if I'd tried to o'c it too far, after that point (when it had reverted to the last stable config) it would claim it wasn't stable at ANY attempt to change the clock speed... even if I set it back to LOWER than the last known good config.

Rebooting resolved it, can then use coolbits/nvidia control panel or Rivatuner 2 (which had same issue) to set a stable o'c speed, but once I try one too high I once again have to reboot to try others. FWIW, mine does 640 core 775 memory before voltmodded, only 660/800 after (but I didn't push voltage very far, only ~ 0.1/0.1 higher. More might've helped but I wanted to keep it silent with my DIY heatsink so I didnt' want to create extra heat with too much voltage.

Got mine yesterday...nice card, but at some point I think i will replace the stock HSF. I see 2 votes for Arctic Silencer above...anyone try this on this card specifically to see if the fit is right or if it needs mods? Also how bout the Zalman vf900? The Zalman is nearly 2x the cost of the NVsilencer, but it's smaller and looks easier to install. Can anyone help?

Sounds like they took a little longer than the 6-8 weeks they claim on the rebate form. :)

A little longer doesnt even describe it, submitted mine early january and still nothing. Be prepared to hunker down for 12 weeks worth of waiting for this check :disgust:

Well, with the way rates are going, I'm sure they're enjoying their 5% 3 month CD's... =)

I have the Zalman VF900CU on my BFG7600GT. I have the fan running at full speed and can't hear it. It did allow me to overclock to 650/1650 after volt modding. The VF900CU was on sale for around $32 when I got ming. Very happy with the cooler. Idles at 45C and maxes at about 62C under full load.
