I ordered $800 worth of merchandise back in October 2005 and did not have a single problem with the items or customer service. I do agree about the shipping charges becoming excessive and personally don't care for UPS, but these are minor complaints when it comes to the fact that they still have some of the best prices available. Until I have problems, I will continue to use them as one of my suppliers for computer components. I hope the OP gets his issue resolved and receives better service from now on.
