Bush won, you libs lost. Big time. Give it a rest.

Maybe you guys will only lose by a million popular votes in 08, not by the overwhelming number Bush won by.

They won't get that close if they don't stop acting like children throwing a tantrum because they didn't get what they wanted...

Lord, what is wrong with you people? Now you want to try and circumvent the electorial process? Bush won. Fair and square. The losing team has admitted defeat.

I can't believe there are so many people who don't believe in electing a leader. :|

Yes, but when that elected leader is the one I didn't vote for, it makes sense to try to impeach him

Hopefully the traditional republicans will take back the GOP and give us a a decent choice in 08! I can dream. Someone who trusts in God but knows where to draw the line. There is too much church talk in the same breath as government talk lately for my taste. One thing I hate more than anything and will turn me off to church quicker than anything, is having to listen to my pastor talk about Bush on Sunday. If he wants to talk politics on Sunday, the church should give up their tax exempt status imo. I think we are in for a lot of close elections for many years to come until the dems and the gop and move towards the center on many key issues.

evangelicals don't need to be told "vote for bush" to know that when Kerry said he would support government funds for abortion that he wasn't the person to vote for.

maybe the church should become a 527 would that fix the problem?

So, had kerry won, it would be ok to impeach him?

Two percentage points, 3.5 million votes out of over 117 million cast, isn't "big time" or an "overwhelming number" by any stretch of the imagination. Unless you live in Bushworld where the imagination is permanently stretched.

51% is the bare minimum to establish plurality.

And it is the first time a majority has been reached in many elections. Add that to a republican sweep in the house/senate and there really is a mandate for change.

ANd if Kerry was elected I would not be calling for his impeachment because I did not vote for him.

He's talking about Ohio. Funny how the popular vote does not matter anymore.

Now, that's hilarious.

Did the popular vote matter when Bush lost by over 546,000 votes in 2000???

If ALL the states get recounted, not just the "critical" ones, I think you'll find that Bush lost the popular vote by about 5 million.
