lol superpi only deals in seconds, not milliseconds.

superpi 1.4 mod deals in milliseconds, if your benching 1m, i don't see the point of using the regular variant

look at the OP link, they're using the mod for the 1m bench to get the 18.5

i posted a 4ghz dothan and 18s super pi, but their forums are down

Ya this one was from japan on P4e at 7GHz

its just too bad that your post is about a < 19s super pi, and not a 7ghz 670.

While thats an impressive acheivement, I would like to see these types of records made using sustainable speeds (24 hours at 100% minimum)

Well I am way more impressed with the 4 GHz Dothan . We just don't like anything about the P4E series from intel nothing . We may change are minds but it well take a lot to do it.

I didnt, its not sustainable cooling.

The "OMG HE RAN SUPERPI FOR 15 MINUTES ON $500 of LN2!" overclocks are just stupid in my opinion.

While i do envy cascade systems, most overclockers that use them also do "suicide" benching.

Im far more interested in 5ghz Dual core pentium 4s that can run 24/7 than an FX57 at 3.5ghz for 10 minutes.

'cause 5GHz dual cores P4's are possible. Sh1t. If you could show me one of those running 24/7, I'd buy one.

You think you cant get a 20% O/C on cascade? Ill go surf extremesystems and see if i can find one that is 24/7. Hell, i bet its possible on modded vapochill/nventiv. You can also bet on some 3.2-3.4ghz X-2s over there.

Yay, 7ghz!

Overclocks that aren't stable, or can't run the 32M test don't impress me.

I hear ya on that. 100% stable or its garbage imo. Next month ull hear that their voyage to space enabled a higher oc (due to god knows why) to 8ghz for a whole 56 seconds with this new liquid space dung that only chills in 0g.
