Bought this a couple days ago; thanks to many Anand Members! We started with a honda civic and toyota corolla to a ford focus!
The focus is down right awesome. For the price I paid, not even my step mom's 2009 x5 has all the features. Sure I don't have leather or heated seats but I also paid 68000 less; with probably the same amount of leg room too.
Pros
SYNC- gotta say this is where the car shines; its amazing at recognizing what I say
Gas Mileage - I've averaged around 36 highway and 28 city. Not bad, especially when my old focus could barely hit 24 city and 30 high way.
Cabin quietness - The engine isn't loud at all, sounds like clean power; gets up and go for a 4 cyl. Also powertrain has a 5 year warranty!
Ambient lighting - This was a surprise for me. I had no idea what the button did but at night everything lit up any color (out of 7) I chose. Pretty sweet, the cup holders and the floor lit up.
Remote start - Its a nice feature, I can see it useful in the winter but right now its more a bonus than anything.
Bluetooth etc etc etc, I like the integrated dash with the radio.
Heat mirrors and quick warm up (compared to my 2003).
instrument cluster has reverse lighting; pretty awesome but i've seen better ( 07 odyssey)
Cons:
No trunk button! Only on the key fob (odd that ford over looked such a traditional feature)
Gas pedal has a good amount of vibration (is there a fix to this) Heard it was a common issue
Seats are a bit stiff
Steering is a bit stiff
Someone smoked in my car previously! I spent the past two days using baking soda and some spray foam and finally got the smell out.
No outdoor temperature gauge
Limited bluetooth phone support.
The dealer sticker window said 6 cd changer (I did not get the 6 cd changer : / but a single)
Limited leg room in the back, actually barely leg room in the back seat.

If you guys don't know my area for the car market place is very limited in pricing and options. A honda civic 2008 base model would have been the same price. Even for styling I would have chosen the focus over the civic.
Overall i'm pretty happy with my purchase; was about 13.5k out the door; priced at 12k originally. Financed 6.5k and paid 7k down. Has everything but leather seats and abs i think.
If you guys want pictures I can put them up but I figured its just a econobox so nothing special.
Going to get the keypad for the driver door in case I ever lock my keys in the car (about 80).
