Looking for a new treadmill, as our 7 year old Horizon unit finally bit the dust.
All of these are in the $1000 range, and all have about the same warranty.
NordicTrack (Icon) C990 vs. Sole F63 vs. Lifespan 1200i.
The NordiTrack has the best features, but it's an Icon brand (parent of Proform as well), and everyone says that their quality and service just sucks.
Sole seems to have a better reputation, but their seems to be a lot of online complains about their lower and models, and perhaps due to their popularity, I find a lot of negative commentary on the web about them.
Lifespan probably has the weakest feature set, but seems to have the best online reviews. A lot of that may be due too the fact that I don't believe Lifespan sells nearly as many units as the other two, so there are just fewer people to complain.
Anybody have any thoughts or opinions on these or competing models?
We did enjoy our previous treadmill, so this is not going to become an indoor clothesline. I would consider upping the budget if necessary.
