Simple enough.

"We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them," the host said on the show, "and doing everything they can to score political points from it"
Which part of that is false?
And this is why it is unacceptable to allow shows like Kimmel et. al, to remain on the air spewing one sided political hatred. If they want to stay on air they must be governed by rules of acceptable use in that they do not say things that could lead to someone being hurt or worse. Perhaps they submit what they plan to say to a 3rd party 24 hours in advance who then tones down their rhetoric.
If you hate the 1st Amendment so much you could always move to Russia? It seems to be a popular destination for people like you.

But you believed something so obviously bullshit as there was a thing as trans bullets
The Texas Rangers team color cap is red. All I know is I would hate to be shot in the neck with a trans bullet because some weirdo was all hopped up after watching Jimmy Kimmel and thought it was a MAGA hat.

Dying for a mediocre team like the Rangers is just plain silly. 😞

Dying for the Rangers makes more sense than willingly living in Texas.

Why would you infer that? I said right or left in the last sentence as people die to political violence either way.
What do church shootings have to do with political violence? What do mass shootings in general have to do with political violence?

Oh wait, because the one you linked was done by a transgender, you automatically connect it to politics. Couldn't possibly be anything else. Of course your side also seem to think being transgender makes you more likely to commit a violent crime, when it's actually the opposite.

So the folks who get peeved about late night host comedians ragging on Trump and his passel of patronizing sycophant hirelings have some very simple choices to make: They can avoid these programs like they avoid MSNBC, PBS, CNN(sort'a), NPR...you know, those stations that broadcast factually supported news that to no one's surprise is critical of Trump's Program25 race to crown himself King with his oligarch princes and princesses robbing the peasants of their hard earned pennies. Or, they can rail, bemoan, seethe and hit that hate switch for no other reason than they're being exposed for supporting a tyrant the likes of which is anathema to the patriotism they supposedly pledge to the nation they hold dear in their hearts. They've somehow been led to believe that installing a dictatorship is being patriotic. Now how the fuck does someone reconcile that in their heads I'll never know.

The Republicans know for sure that their P25 push is costing them dearly at the polls. Trump's fuckery is only making things worse in that regard. With that, they're getting more desperate by the moment and with desperation comes panic, with that comes stuff like holding a mass vigil for a racist rabble rouser who masqueraded himself as a free speech advocate. The MAGAt base are besides themselves looking for reasons to keep their sinking ship afloat now that it's blatantly clear that absolutism, autocracy/plutocracy, racist driven agendas and corporate sponsored greed are running the party's engine with nowhere to run and hide from those facts of life.

Watching MAGA use Kirk's killing like some sort of Reichstag Fire will never not be the craziest fucking thing I've ever witnessed.

Literally some "Final command of the party was to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears" 1984 shit going on here.

Acting like innocuous every day statements are hate speech, shrieking about "context" when quoting some fucked up stuff literally said verbatim by Kirk and Trump himself, the 180 on all the free speech absolutism that the rest of us were persistently subjected to for the last 4 years.

Straight up pants-on-head level crazy shit right here.

There's been a lot of Horst Wessel comparisons. There were also comparisons between Stephen Miller's speech at Kirk's memorial to a Goebbels speech. Goebbels employed the phrase "The storm breaks loose", Miller "We are the storm" amongst his other dogwhistley bits for the Nazi crowd.

Apparently, sinclair and nexstar won't carry Jimmy Kimmel. The two of them amount to 25% of the
available tv markets. Nexstar needs ftc approval of their merger so they want to look good in front of the syphilitic orange menace.

Apparently Nexstar wants a merger and in order to approve it, the FCC pushed them to not carry Kimmel's show. That is country we live in now.

As always though, aquiring money and power dictate all decision making, even at the expense of the first amendment and democracy.
Goddamnit my local OTA ABC affiliate is owned by Tegna!!

A psychological state caused by traumatic events can produce associative thinking, a state in which the imagination and thoughts run wild spoiling piece of mind and mental health decline. Your post reminded me of this:

Why are Fire Engines are Red?

They have four wheels and eight men;
Four plus eight is twelve;
Twelve inches makes a ruler;
A ruler is Queen Elisabeth
Queen Elisabeth sails the seven seas;
The seven seas have fish;
The fish have fins;
The Finns hate the Russians;
Russians are red;
Fire engines are always rushin’;
So they’re red!

May I add that

MAGA hats are red
Wear one and you’re dead

Cowards die many times before their deaths said a different bard.

I think the Kimmel reinstatement may be a sign that MAGA and Trump are beginning to fall back to earth.
A little push back doesn't even mean a line has been drawn.
It has to hold first. It has to stick. Then it matters. Then, maybe, some sliver of our people remain to resist.
But that just means we move onto the next escalation.

Ever so often these guys do political commentary, and when they do it's usually spot on.

and if you want the punchline from white guy, here it is

In terms that I know that will really worry you: How do you think the markets are going to perform as this progresses to its natural conclusion?

Also just saw that ABC could pull other programs from those stations that still refuse to air Kimmel show.

Like, pulling the Alabama/Georgia game in southern markets.

They should air a documentary about President Obama instead of that football bullshit those idiots feed their unread brains with.

I expressed a personal opinion and based on them belief it was no sliver of the population that objected. An overconfident Trump, in my opinion committed a mortal sin. He got citizens upset at the billionaires. The system will do anything to prevent a reversal of the direction of the class war that is tiling place.
