"He" is not going to have to prove anything. It'll be up to the state to prove he was street racing in court. But you can bet he'll be charged, possibly jailed, and possibly lose his car until the end of the trial.

On top of that, they can probably stake out common street racing spots with undercover cars and bust him in the act.

Regardless if you were street racing or not, the crime in which you are reporting is immediate and it is you that is pressing charges. Not to mention, when you showed up to settle the issue, he hit you. No racing occured during that time. Regardless of the circumstances behind the attack, it is still an attack..

You don't beat your wife and when a cop comes around, you tell the cop that she was committing adultry so I hit her. The fact is, you still hit her regardless of the circumstances.

My friend raced this guy's Supra and won.
The Supra guy went on the Internet and claimed he won.

The two of them exchanged some smack talk but the Supra guy took it a little further by making a video of my friend's car losing to a hooked up Z06 and posted it all over the forums.

So things got heavy and my friend went to race him to settle things but instead of racing the Supra guy shows up and punches my friend in the face. No race happened. My friend didn't show up to fight .. he just wanted to race.

Anyone know where these idiots live?
