I remember seeing this documentary. I think his mother feeds him most of the time. The one meal I recall being served to him was an egg white omelet. Forgot how many eggs. :)

I think his woman has a fat fetish. Once he loses all the pounds she's gonna dump him for the next fattest man in the world and he'll gain all the weight back due to depression. Once he gains all the weight back she'll come running back screaming "aye papi! I so sorry!"

It's an endless cycle.

nothing like some well-marbled flesh.

the protoplasm hanging off his leg looks like a particular body part
of someone who's had a hernia.

if he got appendicitis ... the operation could be more complicated
than usual.

Uribe said his weight problem spiraled out of control after he moved to the United States for a few years in 1988 and indulged in a nonstop diet of junk food and soft drinks.

A botched liposuction that damaged his lymph nodes left him with giant tumors on both legs weighing a total of 220 pounds. The tumors are the main reason he is unable to walk.

"It is all because of the junk food" he said.

no, it's because you have no self control and can't stop your hand from shoving that shit into your face.....and people wonder why the grossly overweight get such a bad rap......that little girl that eats nothing but chocolate will end up the same way.

HTF did he get that big in the first place? Must be some genetic disorder. With that much fat, he'd be pickling his internal organs (or just crushing them to death). HTF is he alive?

Never mind crushing his organs, how is his heart pumping?

At this point his heart isn't pumping blood, it's basting his organs with gravy.

Both his legs have massive tumors that count for 450 pounds of his weight that started growing after a botched liposuction.

Despite his weight, Dr. Sears considers Manuel to be one of the healthiest men in Mexico. He is not at risk for diabetes, and his blood pressure and triglyceride levels are normal. In addition, his resting heart rate averages 62 beats per minute, a level usually found in trained athletes. Even though Manuel is confined to his bed, his medical team designed a tailored exercise regimen that includes sit-ups, pull-ups and hand-biking to help build muscle mass and accelerate fat loss

i saw that... that's just ridiculously hard to conceptualize. 1, how the fuck does he get the food? 2, how the fuck did he even pay for it? 3, how the fuck does he shit that out and wipe? 4, how the fuck does he move around to even cook that food? the human body isn't built to carry around over a half-ton.

I look at the pics and the blurbs and see: bedridden and unable to walk for 6 years, massive circulatory damage to his legs, skin breakdown from what appears to be hideously bad venous insuffiency, and the BMI of a beluga whale.

I'd hate to see what you have to do to get on the good doctor's "unhealthiest" list.

I'll find it funny if in a few years you see this guy's name show up again somewhere... except he's some ripped athlete that can run a mile in a 4 minutes. Well... maybe not.
